Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support high-impact sales and marketing initiatives through compelling visual communication. This Long-term Contract position is based in Virginia and will focus on creating high-quality, brand-aligned materials across digital and print channels for business audiences. The ideal candidate brings strong design judgment, exceptional presentation design skills, and the ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive creative assets.

Responsibilities

Create and refine a wide range of branded materials, including presentations, sell sheets, case studies, web graphics, and marketing collateral that support revenue-generating efforts.

Translate detailed or technical content from cross-functional contributors into visually clear layouts, infographics, charts, and storytelling elements tailored to business audiences.

Guide projects from concept through final delivery by organizing timelines, tracking revisions, maintaining orderly source files, and ensuring each asset is accurate and publication-ready.

Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify objectives, reconcile feedback, and uphold visual consistency, messaging quality, and brand integrity throughout the design process.

Produce digital assets for websites and social media channels, adapting creative work for multiple formats and platform requirements.

Provide direction to external creative vendors by preparing briefs, reviewing submissions, and driving edits until deliverables meet established expectations.

Develop reusable templates, presentation systems, and visual standards that improve efficiency and create a more consistent brand experience across teams.

Contribute hands-on design execution while balancing project coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience in place of formal education.

At least 10 years of graphic design experience with a strong foundation in visual communication, layout, and brand-driven storytelling.

Demonstrated portfolio featuring high-quality work across print, digital, and campaign-based deliverables.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, along with expert-level presentation design in PowerPoint and strong skills in Google Slides.

Experience producing persuasive business materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages, brochures, and event-related collateral.

Strong command of typography, composition, spacing, grid systems, and data visualization principles.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and high creative standards.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with a range of stakeholders and partners.
