Group PMO

Project overview

We are looking for a Group PMO for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.

The IT department wants to harmonize practices for portfolio management, project management, and the use of its PPM tool, Sciforma.

The RMCI department is responsible for assessing current project management practices and implementing this harmonization.

We are looking for an experienced candidate, not a senior one.

• Apply the project management process used
• Support project managers:
• Lead coaching sessions on the GPS method
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from project managers
• Prepare communication materials
• Lead information meetings
• Control:
• Verify project creations
• Verify solution reviews
• Verify time entries, their validation, and application
• Verify project tracking (planning, risks, past budget consumption, ...)
• Verify project closures, especially project reviews
• Participate in leading the project manager community
• Participate in the budget control of project portfolios
• Documents related to controls
• Documents related to communications
• Have managed significant projects (budget > 500 person-days)
• Have used a PPM tool in an administrator role, ideally Sciforma
• Have conducted control campaigns across a set of projects to verify their compliance with the project management method used
• Ability to communicate with the project manager community, IT managers, IT steering committees, and management controllers
