For a rapidly growing organization within the accountancy and advisory sector, we are looking for a Performance Marketeer who wants to help shape digital growth.

With over 90 local offices and a strong ambition to grow further, significant investment is being made in digitalization and innovation. From the head office in Ghent, you will have the opportunity to elevate digital marketing to a higher level. You will work at the intersection of data, technology, content, and conversion, and will have the freedom to turn your own ideas into concrete results.

Together with the marketing team, sales, the various local offices, and external partners, you will build a strong digital presence and an efficient marketing and sales funnel.

• Develop SEO, GEO, and SEA initiatives and improve digital campaigns to strengthen online visibility and lead generation
• Analyze the marketing and sales funnel, conduct A/B tests, and discover opportunities to improve results
• Optimize websites, landing pages, and online content with attention to user-friendliness and findability
• Analyze results, develop dashboards, and use AI to make marketing processes smarter and more efficient
• Set up newsletters, mailings, forms, and workflows, and develop automated follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams, local offices, and external partners to bring digital initiatives from idea to execution
• You have at least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
• You have strong knowledge of HubSpot, SEO, GEO, SEA, and marketing automation
• You are analytically strong and know how to translate data into concrete improvement actions
• You have an interest in AI and digital innovations and know how to use them thoughtfully
• You take initiative, work independently, and are strong in communication when collaborating with various stakeholders
• You speak fluent Dutch and can express yourself well in English. Knowledge of French and a relevant diploma in marketing or communication are a plus
• An attractive gross salary up to €4,200 per month, depending on your experience and profile
