Project overview
We are looking for a senior, hands-on solution architect who can:
Key filter: They don't want just a senior developer, tech lead, or delivery manager - they want someone with clear architectural ownership, design authority, and governance experience .
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across complex platforms, with real design authority and governance responsibility.
- Work across Java/J2EE, microservices, APIs/API Gateways, GCP Cloud, TOGAF, and Agile .
- Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and Enterprise/Security/Data/Infrastructure architects .
- Lead technical design, manage risks/issues, and ensure secure, scalable, resilient, modernised architectures .
- Provide technical leadership and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
- Ideally have banking/payments/core banking exposure, plus tools like Apigee, GKE/Kubernetes, Harness, ArchiMate, BDD/TDD, and AI governance/responsible AI .
