Responsibilities

• Verification and technical securing of complex SoC-based hardware platforms
• Analysis and evaluation of high-speed data paths and bus systems
• Execution and evaluation of electrical measurements on interfaces and electronic assemblies
• Investigation of signal quality, timing behavior, and interface performance
• Hardware debugging as well as systematic error and root cause analysis
• Analysis of SoC, MCU, and I/O architectures
• Collaboration with hardware, layout, and verification teams
• Documentation and proof of conducted tests and results
• Accompanying the hardware from B-sample to validation

Requirements

My advantages:

• Sound experience in hardware development or hardware verification of electronic systems
• Good knowledge of modern automotive SoCs, e.g., from Qualcomm, NXP, or Texas Instruments
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, MIPI, DDR, USB, or Ethernet
• Confident use of oscilloscopes and high-speed measuring equipment
• Knowledge in signal integrity, hardware debugging, and error analysis
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Experience in the automotive environment is an advantage, alternatively, experience in aerospace or defense is interesting
• A short-term project start is possible
• Demanding and varied tasks in a future-oriented and innovative industry
• Prospect of project extension
