Job description
Experienced Hardware Developer needed for embedded systems and electronic components development, starting June 2026 for 9 months with extension options. The role offers a hybrid work model in the Berlin area.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Developer for the development of embedded systems and electronic components. The project is advertised from June 2026 for a duration of 9 months (with an option to extend) and offers a hybrid working model in the Berlin area with occasional on-site appointments.
Your tasks include the development and design of electronic circuits and hardware components in the embedded environment. You will create schematics and PCB layouts using professional tools, select and integrate components such as microcontrollers and sensors, and carry out commissioning and testing. Furthermore, you will analyze and resolve hardware errors using debugging and measurements, work closely with embedded software and system teams, and document technical results.
We expect several years of experience in hardware development with embedded systems, very good knowledge of circuit design and PCB layout, and proficiency with tools like Altium, Eagle, or KiCad. Good knowledge of Embedded C/C++ is required, as well as a basic understanding of firmware and software integration. Experience with common interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART) and confident use of measuring equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter) are necessary. A structured, hands-on approach and fluent German and English skills complete the profile.
The workload is 40 hours per week. We look forward to your application!
