A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

- Role starting immediately on the outskirts of Chichester.
- Hybrid role supporting a key project & working closely with the CFO.
- Manage financial planning and analysis to support commercial objectives.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental targets.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in presenting financial data to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
- Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
