Do you want to accompany young people on their journey and make a real difference? Then you are in the right place with us!

The Blumhardt-Haus and the Hermann-Loffler-Haus belong to the association Evangelische Wohnheime Stuttgart e.V. and offer a temporary home to around 108 young women. We support them during their training and on their way to an independent professional life. In doing so, we support them with personal, academic, and professional challenges and offer social pedagogical support according to § 13 Abs. 3 SGB VIII.

What is important to us: We give young women security, open up perspectives, and strengthen them in going their own way.

• Contract type: Initially until 31.12.2027 as parental leave cover.
• Scope of position: 80%

• Management and organization of daily operations in the house
• Responsibility for the pedagogical care and support of the residents
• Coordination of building services
• Cooperation with external partners, authorities, and institutions
• Ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment
• Quality development and assurance of services
• Enjoyment of working with young women
• Completed training in the social field (e.g., social pedagogy, educational sciences) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience working with young women, ideally in the social pedagogy field
• Leadership strength, organizational talent, and empathy
• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution competence
• Willingness to take responsibility and develop innovative approaches
• A responsible position in a dedicated team
• Highly interesting and responsible tasks
