• Head of Payments Back-Office
• Ensure the correct processing of all orders received from clients and operations from domestic and international exchange systems
• Ensure the settlement and reconciliation of accounting suspense items
• Monitor team reporting and statistics
• Monitor the correct onboarding and declaration of employee events
• Propose improvements to reduce incidents, operational risk, and the volume of breaks
• Inform management of difficulties encountered by making appropriate declarations in the relevant databases
• Monitor these events, operational risks, and incidents until their closure according to the defined security action plan
• Participate in the processing and declaration of level 1 operational controls, as well as processing level 2.1 controls, and respond to permanent control requests
• Participate in team reminders of rules in case of level 2.1 control failures (KO)
• Inform management of issues encountered during these controls
• First experience in frontline management and leading operational teams
• Mastery of domestic and international payment methods
• Knowledge of Cash Management and Cash Clearing products or more broadly Payments (especially MT and MX)
• You have proven expertise in FINANCIAL SERVICES and international payments
• Operational English
