Responsibilities
- Management and further development of regional healthcare and care projects
- Development and implementation of sustainable care concepts at the regional level
- Building, maintaining, and further developing relevant stakeholder networks
- Collaboration with statutory health insurance companies and regional partners in the healthcare sector
- Coordination and alignment with interdisciplinary stakeholders to promote regional care initiatives
- Analysis of regional care structures and identification of optimization potential
- Consulting on market access-related issues and regional care strategies
Requirements
Framework Data:
- Several years of experience in regional market access
- Sound expertise in the field of market access and integrated care concepts
- Very good knowledge of the regional health insurance landscape, especially AOK Niedersachsen and hkk Bremen
- Demonstrable experience in building and managing stakeholder networks
- Strong communication and cooperation skills in dealing with health insurance companies, service providers, and other players in the healthcare sector
- Ideally, residence or existing network in the area of deployment
- Independent, structured, and quality-oriented way of working
