- Lead and motivate teams to deliver excellent housing services.
- Oversee tenancy management, antisocial behaviour, arrears and complex cases.
- Ensure properties and estates meet health, safety and compliance standards.
- Drive resident engagement, tenancy sustainment and service improvements.
- Manage performance, complaints and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in housing management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for improving residents' experiences.
