Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related issues throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Independent recruitment of specialists and managers – from job advertisement to contract signing
• Accompanying and supporting employees during illness and accidents in close cooperation with the internal occupational health management department and other internal and external contact persons
• Advising and supporting managers in challenging personnel situations, conflicts, and disciplinary measures
• Accompanying entry, exit, and change processes within the assigned area of responsibility
• Ensuring and coordinating administrative and organizational HR processes in cooperation with the responsible internal departments
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of HR processes and instruments
• Participation in HR projects and support of HR management

Requirements

My advantages:

• Commercial apprenticeship with further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or completed degree with a focus on Human Resources
• Sound professional experience as an HR Business Partner
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and confidence in dealing with various HR-related issues
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as a strong hands-on mentality
• Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form and good English skills
