• Independent management and control of the entire recruiting process for IT and commercial specialists and managers.
• Conducting active sourcing via business networks, talent pools, and databases for targeted identification and approach of suitable candidates.
• Conducting telephone and in-person interviews, as well as professional and personal pre-selection of candidates.
• Consulting and close collaboration with specialist departments and hiring managers regarding requirement profiles, recruiting strategies, and market conditions.
• Creation and publication of job advertisements, as well as management of applicant management, including appointment and process coordination.
• Building and maintaining a sustainable candidate network, as well as continuous market and competitor observation in the IT and commercial environment.
