Job description
Seeking an organized HR professional to manage communication and processes for reorganizations, provide HR reporting and analysis, and support the UHT committee. This role requires strong planning, accuracy, and the ability to advise on process improvements.
Project overview
Assignment Description
UHT is looking for an organizationally strong professional who can maintain an overview in complex change processes. An HR team member who makes a significant contribution to the execution of various reorganizations within the organization. In this role, you are responsible for the direction and realization in three interconnected areas of attention:
You ensure a careful and timely flow of formal communication (letters) to employees during reorganization processes. You will (partly) maintain an overall view of the planning, timing, and sending of the various letters that are part of the phasing out or reorganization process of departments and teams. Because reorganizations are constantly in motion, letters must be regularly adapted to changed circumstances and different target groups. You monitor progress, coordinate with involved parties, and ensure that the right letter is available at the right time.
This requires accuracy, planning skills, and a creative approach to ensure processes run smoothly.
In addition, you provide the substantive interpretation of the monthly HR reports for the management team. Your analyses and explanations make trends, points of attention, and developments visible. With this, you support directors in asking in-depth questions and taking targeted actions within their own cluster.
Finally, you support the UHT committee, a subcommittee of the Works Council Toeslagen. Together with the chairman of the committee and the director of UHT, you prepare the meetings and ensure good procedural guidance. You also draft speeches and speaker notes for the director and other meeting participants as needed. In this way, you make an important contribution to professional and effective decision-making.
In addition to the aforementioned tasks, the candidate performs, among other things, the following activities:
The position requires a pragmatically oriented person who works accurately and possesses excellent organizational skills. The candidate is strong in planning and organizing, can distinguish between main and secondary issues. Is able to advise on improvements to standard processes. Additionally, experience in a government organization that is undergoing significant change due to evolving expectations from The Hague is a plus. Guiding managers in processes that require accuracy in details. Presenting HR reports to the DT for information after an analysis of relevant developments, points of attention, and trends.
The HR Regie team consists of HR REO advice, staffing management, resource management, and advice in the field of organization and co-determination. This is a small HR team primarily focused on the phasing out of UHT. Given the dynamics of the organization and the phase UHT is in, the position has peak moments towards deadlines. Monday (and possibly Wednesday) is the fixed office day.
