HR Specialist Personnel Development & Corporate Health Management (m/f/d) Full-time (limited to 1 year)

The JAGER Group, headquartered in Hannover, has been delivering high-quality components and subsystems made of rubber, plastic, metal, and most recently basalt for over 80 years. The family-run group, now in its fourth generation, is recognized as a qualified, globally active partner in mechanical and plant engineering, environmental and agricultural technology, energy technology, and oil exploration. To meet the specific requirements of these very heterogeneous target groups, our activities are concentrated in specialized individual companies.

Responsibilities

• You will take over operational personnel development for our various clients
• from needs analysis and seminar organization to coordination and documentation.
• You will further develop our Corporate Health Management and derive sustainable measures and concepts.
• You will support our employees and managers within the framework of the company integration management (BEM).
• You will further develop key figures and reporting for personnel development and health management and prepare relevant analyses.
• You will support our recruiting team with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the application process.

• You have a completed degree in social sciences, vocational pedagogy, or a commercial apprenticeship with initial relevant professional experience in the HR field, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in personnel (development) and have a strong interest in its trends.
• You work in a structured manner and enjoy operational and administrative tasks.
• You are communicative, team-oriented, and can keep an overview even with many parallel to-dos.
