Requirements

Qualification as an occupational safety specialist in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Good knowledge of occupational safety regulations and experience with risk assessments.

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.

Good communication and consulting skills.

Working Method

The activity is carried out flexibly and predominantly remotely. In the initial phase, two on-site appointments in Stutensee are recommended to record the initial situation and required documentation. Further appointments may be necessary if required, for example, after work accidents.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Advising management and executives on occupational safety and legal occupational health and safety requirements.

Creation, review, and updating of risk assessments and operating instructions.

Development and follow-up of suitable protective measures.

Conducting workplace inspections and advising on office, home office, and technical work areas, including a small electrical laboratory.

Participation in the Occupational Safety Committee (ASA) as well as support with the documentation and implementation of agreed measures.

Support with work accidents, changes to workplaces and work processes, as well as with official inspections and audits.
