Job description
Act as the primary HSE contact person on the construction site, ensuring the implementation of project-specific HSE requirements across all activities and supporting contractors with RAMS, LRA, and TBXT.
Project overview
Act as the primary HSE contact person on the construction site
Implementation of project-related HSE requirements across all activities
Support of all contractors regarding RAMS, LRA, TBXT as well as monthly safety meetings
Interface between the client's HSE representatives, contractors, and project stakeholders - also with the end client if necessary
Cooperation with the appointed Safety and Health Protection Coordinator (SiGeKo)
Participation in the clear assignment of HSE responsibilities for all parties involved
Creation and review of HSE documentation
Conducting inspections, audits, and safety walks
Supervision of subcontractors during the commissioning phase
Requirements
Proven experience in an HSE function on German construction or energy projects
Very good knowledge of German HSE legislation and the regulatory framework, including the German Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Construction Sites Ordinance, and DGUV regulations
Experience in working with contractors in the construction environment
Experience in working with a SiGeKo
Fluent German and English skills
