Job description
As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of tertiary buildings, as well as minor improvement work. You will primarily focus on multi-technical tasks (electricity, plumbing, general building work) and also handle climate control equipment maintenance.
Project overview
job description
Reporting to the contract manager and working closely with the operations team, you will work autonomously on a range of tertiary buildings to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations, as well as minor improvement work. Your tasks will primarily focus on multi-technical areas (85%): general low-voltage electrical work, relamping, electrical panels, emergency lighting, sanitary plumbing installations, domestic hot water production, locksmithing repairs, carpentry, and finishing work.
For the remaining 15%, you will be responsible for the control and first-level maintenance of HVAC equipment (mono and multi-split air conditioning systems, VRV, VMC, and air handling units). You will also be responsible for welcoming and assisting specialized subcontractors and regulatory control bodies during their periodic visits. The role involves local travel within the northern Gard region.
profile sought
With a BTS (2-year technical degree) in electrical engineering, building maintenance, or HVAC engineering, you have proven experience in versatile site maintenance for tertiary buildings, involving travel. You have a solid technical mastery of electricity, plumbing, and finishing work, complemented by reliable knowledge of the operation of common HVAC systems. Autonomous, methodical, and rigorous, you possess a strong sense of customer service and excellent analytical skills to quickly diagnose faults and formalize your intervention reports.
Valid low-voltage electrical certifications and a driver's license (Class B) are essential for daily travel to the various assigned sites.
