• MUST criteria:
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business process management / business analysis
• Proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications (min. 3 years)
• Proven experience with One Identity Manager (min. 3 years)
• Experience in business process analysis and design from at least 2 projects
• Experience in the conception and creation of technical documents from at least 2 projects
• SHOULD criteria:
• Several years of experience with One Identity Manager (more than 5 years), e.g., in conception, customizing, or architecture of OIM solutions
• Very good problem-solving and work organization skills, process-oriented and analytical thinking demonstrated in at least 1 project
• Reliability, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills demonstrated in at least 1 project
• English spoken and written – Level B2 equivalent
• Know-how in customer/service orientation: Creativity and know-how for submitting solution proposals demonstrated in at least 1 project

• Collection, analysis, description, coordination, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements in the consulting area
• Specification of requirements using standard templates, natural language, and UML
• Creation of system documentation
• Creation and adaptation of technical documents (e.g., Use Cases / User Stories, technical concepts, preliminary studies, functional system descriptions, functional service descriptions, functional interface descriptions, input/output layouts) in the consulting area
• Creation of functional specifications and ensuring that the chosen technical architecture can map current and foreseeable future requirements and scaling
• Revision of business processes (esp. description and documentation) according to the client's decision
