IAM / Okta Consultant – Governance, Compliance & Audit Readiness

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an IAM / Okta Consultant - Governance, Compliance & Audit Readiness (m/f/d) · No. 5234, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review existing IAM processes and Okta configurations in the context of ISO 27001 requirements
• Evaluate and optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
• Review privileged access, administrative accounts, and critical permissions
• Align existing IAM controls with the relevant requirements of ISO 27001
• Prepare audit evidence, authorization proofs, and process documentation
• Identify control gaps and derive and track suitable measures
• Support internal stakeholders in preparing for external audits
• Support in the evaluation and optimization of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes

• Very good knowledge of IAM and Okta, ideally with experience in Okta Lifecycle Management and governance processes
• Experience with ISO 27001 audits, recertifications, or comparable compliance projects
• Knowledge of Access Governance, role and authorization concepts, and privileged access management
• Experience in creating audit documentation and implementing security controls
• Strong communication skills and the ability to comprehensibly document technical issues
• German language skills
• Your current project availability (earliest start)
