The municipality is looking for a temporary ICT Contract Manager to support operational contract management and the procurement of ICT and information services.
Project overview
As an ICT Contract Manager, you will temporarily support the municipality with the operational management of ICT contracts and with the procurement of ICT and information services.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Monitoring and maintaining existing contracts in the field of ICT and information provision
- Tracking contract agreements, terms, renewals, and termination periods
- Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and supplier performance
- Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding performance and bottlenecks
- Identifying and following up on actions from ongoing contracts
- Ensuring more overview and structure within contract management
- Identifying procurement needs and independently initiating ICT procurement and tendering processes
- Acting as a driver for these processes, from preparation to execution
- Coordinating with colleagues on procurement requirements, tender documents, and contract agreements
- Guiding broader procurement and tendering processes where possible
- Identifying and implementing practical improvements in procurement and contract management
- Advising on the structural implementation of these activities
- Minimum HBO bachelor's work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of experience with operational contract management
- Experience managing contracts in the field of ICT and/or information provision
- Experience with supplier contact and monitoring compliance with contract agreements
- Experience with monitoring and following up on service level and supplier management (preferred)
- Experience with practical process improvements (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with operational ICT contract management (preferred)
- Experience with independently preparing and guiding ICT procurement and tendering processes (preferred)
- Experience with broader procurement and tendering processes (preferred)
