Support ICT projects and infrastructure initiatives within a European Institution environment.

Nasze wymagania:
- Coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives from planning to delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration between infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, service desk, and business teams.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project plans, risks, dependencies, actions, and deliverables.
- Support supplier coordination, procurement activities, and service transitions.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives.
- Experience with infrastructure projects involving multiple technical teams.
- Experience with project and service management tools.
- English B2.
- PM², PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
