Assignment
As a portfolio manager, you will further establish and develop ICT portfolio management into a working, supported, and sustainably secured method. You will support the strategy team (strategist, architect, and information managers) in making choices about priorities and capacity. You will connect organizational goals, information provision, change initiatives, and execution capacity, ensuring that decision-making is based on current, objective, and comparable management information.
You will bring structure, make capacity and dependencies transparent, prepare decision-making, and guide the organization in applying the new method. Upon completion of the assignment, processes, roles, responsibilities, consultation structures, instruments, and management agreements will be established, applied, and transferred.
