About the customer:

In this role, you are responsible for the conception, evaluation, and further development of security architectures. You ensure that IT systems, applications, and interfaces meet the requirements for information security and data protection and support the implementation of defined security measures.

You will work closely with project teams, technical specialists, and various stakeholders.

Framework conditions

• Development, documentation, and evaluation of high-level, system, and solution architectures for ICT services and IT infrastructures
• Conception and evaluation of security architectures for on-premises, cloud, and service-based solutions
• Coordination of technologies and components with existing reference architectures and evaluation of technical solution variants
• Creation, review, and further development of information security and data protection concepts (ISDS)
• Execution and updating of protection needs analyses (SCHUBAN)
• Definition and support of the implementation of technical and organizational security measures
• Support in the implementation, review, and documentation of security features
• Execution of architecture reviews and creation of technical statements and decision-making bases
• Consulting for project managers, suppliers, and internal departments on IT security issues
• Participation in agile project structures, for example, at PI Planning, System Demos, and Sprint Reviews
• Support for security audits, acceptances, and the handover of solutions to operational use
• Work location: Bern/Zurich with home office possibility by arrangement
• Workload: 80-100%
• Start: 01.01.2027 or by agreement
• Project duration: 2-year project until 30.11.2028

Requirements

Security clearance - Mandatory requirement:

Due to the high security requirements of the project, a successfully completed background and security check is a mandatory requirement for employment or project assignment. This includes, among other things, the verification of personal integrity and professional reference checks.

A positive completion of the required security checks is an absolute must-have for this position.

• Several years of practical experience in IT Security Architecture, ICT Architecture, or Solution Architecture with a focus on information security
• Sound knowledge in the conception and evaluation of complex IT architectures
• Experience with on-premises, cloud, and service-based IT solutions
• Good knowledge in the areas of information security, data protection, and security architecture
• Experience in creating and further developing security and data protection concepts (ISDS)
• Knowledge in conducting protection needs analyses (SCHUBAN)
• Experience with architecture reviews, technical interfaces, and security requirements
• Understanding of the technical implementation, review, and documentation of security measures
• Experience in agile project environments, ideally with SAFe
• Analytical and structured way of working, as well as strong communication and consulting skills
