The assignment focuses on a controlled transition from IAM to a mature IGA environment.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guide the migration from MIM to a new IGA platform without loss of accounts and rights
- Establish and implement improvements in governance and identity processes
- Set up ownership, RBAC, and attestation processes for roles and rights
- Advise on the transition from traditional IAM to a governance and control framework (IGA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a hands-on senior consultant within IGA and PAM projects
- Knowledge of migrating and implementing IAM solutions, for example from MIM, FIM, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Omada, One Identity, Entra ID Governance or Saviynt towards a contemporary IGA solution
- Understanding of the difference between traditional IAM and Identity Governance & Administration
- Background in political-administrative and complex environments, such as universities, colleges, government agencies, or the healthcare sector
- Experience with governance processes around identities, attestation, RBAC, authorization matrices, self-service, Segregation of Duties, Joiner-Mover-Leaver, and privileged access
- Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIS2, and BIO (preferred)
