Project overview
For our client in Dresden, we are looking for an Incident & Service Request Manager (m/f/d) with experience in (WAN, LAN, W-LAN, Voice) part-time 40% starting early November.
Responsibilities
- Sparring with the client in assessing incoming incidents and service requests and deriving solution approaches
- Support in preparing workshops and documents (e.g., W-LAN concept)
- Knowledge of IT security (BSI Grundschutz, NIS2 etc.) is also desired
Project details
End of 2026 with an option to extend
Part-time 40% / week
