Independent Sales or Cooperation Partner Wanted – 10-20% Success Commission
For the further expansion of my company Käfer Mentaltraining, I am looking for a dedicated, independent sales or cooperation partner from Graz, Graz-Umgebung, or Styria.
I am a self-employed mental trainer and a certified life and social counselor. My company offers seminars, workshops, and training courses in the areas of mental training, self-confidence, self-love, and personal development.
Responsibilities
Make my seminars and training courses known through personal contacts, recommendations, and social media
Acquire new interested parties and build contacts
Establish contacts with suitable companies, institutions, and networks
Refer interested individuals to me so that I can take over further consultation
Conduct sales discussions and guide interested parties to registration upon request
No cold calling!
You do not have to call strangers or persuade anyone to book. Customer acquisition is done through recommendations, networks, social media, and personal, trusting exchange.
An existing network or sales experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. You can also build this area up step by step.
Your earning potential:
20% commission on direct sales
10% commission on indirect referrals
Example: My training to become a certified mental trainer costs around €2,500.
Direct sale: around €500 commission
Indirect referral: around €250 commission
The commission is paid out for successfully referred and paid bookings. There is no fixed monthly fee.
