Industrialization and Manufacturing Concept Development

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced specialist to develop a scalable manufacturing concept for the series production of complex products. In this 13-month role, you will guide and shape the entire industrialization process from the concept phase to series readiness.

Your tasks include defining and optimizing suitable production processes, selecting machines, equipment, and suppliers, as well as developing a robust and economical manufacturing concept. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of production are optimally coordinated.

For this position, you bring extensive experience in the industrialization of complex products for series production. Sound knowledge in the areas of manufacturing, automation, and supplier management is essential. A background from the automotive industry or a comparable industry with high volumes is advantageous. Furthermore, you have a reliable network of machine manufacturers and suppliers in the production environment, which you can actively contribute.

The position is remote and offers flexible working arrangements. The location is in Bavaria. Ideally, you can start on December 1, 2026.
