Job description
Experienced Infor COM Consultant/Supporter needed for a transformation project to support existing systems and assist with migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Project overview
For an exciting transformation project, we are looking for an experienced Infor COM Consultant / Supporter.
Currently, Infor COM 7.2 and 7.5 are in use at two companies. The grown and individually adapted systems are to be replaced in the long term by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Support is sought for the transition phase, in particular to ensure ongoing daily operations, relieve the existing team, and support the migration.
Responsibilities
- 2nd level support and user support for Infor COM
- Ensuring ongoing daily operations
- Error analysis and resolution
- System maintenance and data management
- Monitoring and checking interfaces
- Support with data migration
- Participation in the migration/transformation project
- Relief for the existing team
Requirements
Important: Knowledge of one of the two Infor COM versions is sufficient, as 7.2 and 7.5 are very similar in the relevant areas.
- Experience with Infor COM 7.2 or 7.5
- Good knowledge of the Infor COM environment
- Experience in 2nd level support or user support
- Knowledge of data migration and interfaces is an advantage
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
