Administrator Ivanti MDM Environment

Project overview

+ Administration, configuration, and further development of the Ivanti MDM environment

+ Management of the entire lifecycle of Apple iPhones and iPads

+ Setup, registration, and configuration of devices via automated deployment processes

+ Creation and maintenance of policies, configuration profiles, compliance rules, and device restrictions

+ Management and distribution of apps, certificates, configurations, and updates

+ Analysis and resolution of complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support

+ Error analysis for problems with MDM enrollment, certificates, WLAN, VPN, apps, and device configurations

+ Monitoring of the device and MDM environment as well as analysis of logs and system messages

+ Development and optimization of automation and standardization processes

+ Further development of the mobile device and endpoint management strategy

+ Technical documentation

Requirements

+ min. 3-5 years of experience in administering MDM/UEM solutions with Ivanti

+ relevant project experience with Ivanti in combination with Apple devices (iPhones/iPads)

+ Good knowledge of iOS/iPadOS, Apple device management, and associated security mechanisms

+ relevant knowledge in managing Apple iPhones and iPads in an enterprise environment (1650 iPhones and 50-70 iPads)

+ very good experience with configuration profiles, policies, certificates, and app distribution

+ Good knowledge of Apple Business Manager (or comparable)

+ strong sense of responsibility (costs arise from mobile contracts, etc.)

+ Soft skills: open, accustomed to working in teams and with customer contact

+ very good German language skills, spoken and written
