Information Analyst SAP SuccessFactors

Project overview

As an information analyst, you play a connecting role between HR and the technical data environment within public transport in the Rotterdam region.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translating complex HR information needs into data models, source definitions, and usable datasets
• Analyzing SAP structures and ensuring correct data access via the Medallion Architecture on the Microsoft Azure Data Platform
• Validating data in the various platform layers and identifying discrepancies
• Advising on improvements in data quality and integration processes
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including data engineers and HR specialists
• Supporting the process from data definition to the implementation of new HR data products
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of information analyst and data analyst within SAP environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and the associated CDS views
• Experience in at least 2 projects with analysis and dimensional modeling of HR data and HR processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure Data Platform environments and/or contemporary data warehouse architectures
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within the Microsoft Azure Data Platform
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating functional data specifications, source analyses, and data models
• Minimum 3 years of experience with integration structures between source applications, integration platforms, and data platforms, including documentation and construction thereof
• Experience in at least 3 implementation projects of new applications, including data migration and validation processes
