• Location: Remote, individual workshop days per year on-site in Germany

Responsibilities

• Introduction and implementation of BSI IT-Grundschutz (BSI Standards *)
• Structural analysis, determination of protection needs, and modeling
• Creation of security concepts
• Risk analyses according to BSI 200-3
• Implementation and tracking of measures according to IT-Grundschutz
• Support for certifications (ISO 27001 based on IT-Grundschutz)
• Creation of emergency preparedness and BCM concepts (BSI 200-4 / ISO 22301)
• Supplier and third-party risk management
• Execution of security assessments

• Several years of project experience with BSI IT-Grundschutz, ideally in the public sector or regulated industries
• Sound knowledge of ISMS according to BSI standards and ISO 27001
• Experience with BCM and emergency management
• Desirable: BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner or Consultant, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, BCM Practitioner, CISM, CISSP or CRISC
• Advantageous: Experience with ISMS tools (e.g., HiScout, verinice), a security clearance (Ü1/Ü2), and knowledge of NIS2 or DORA
