Responsibilities

Implementation of banking supervisory requirements with a focus on information risk, information security, and IT emergency management

Maintenance and further development of authorization management

Monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure including hardware and software

Documentation of update and patch management

Participation in IT-relevant projects and presentation of results in decision-making bodies

Administration and support of Mobile Device Management

Support in internal first-level support

Requirements

Demonstrable professional or project experience with cooperative banks

Practical experience in IT emergency management as well as knowledge of IT processes and structures in the cooperative banking environment

Sound IT education or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

Experience in supporting IT infrastructures and in authorization management

Structured, independent way of working and secure prioritization of tasks

Very good German language skills, communication strength and assertiveness

Knowledge of IT supervisory requirements applicable to banks

Experience in information risk and information security management

Knowledge of iOS Mobile Device Management as well as update and patch management
