• Professional advice on the introduction and adaptation of agile methods, especially Scrum, as well as development of introduction and procedure recommendations
• Professional advice on the design of communication and coordination processes as well as on the further development of agile approaches, especially in the context of SAFe
• Development and documentation of improvement suggestions for agile ways of working and processes
• Conducting agile reviews to evaluate the implementation of agile principles and derive recommendations
• Removal of impediments as well as professional advice on possible solution and escalation processes, thus increasing the productivity of the agile teams
• Professional advice on structuring, prioritizing, and quality assurance of the Product Backlog; creation of examples and recommendations
• Coordination and moderation of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)

Your Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master in IT development teams using the SAFe Framework (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in the further development of agile development teams in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, or other Scrum Masters (> 5 years of experience),
• Valid certification as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Experience in the conception or optimization of Jira structures for agile development organizations (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in portfolio and requirements management for coordination and prioritization of Epics or Features between business departments, portfolio, and implementation levels (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in structuring agile development teams as well as establishing clear responsibilities and collaboration between functionally or technically distinct sub-teams
• Experience in coordinating requirements between portfolio, business, and development levels
• Experience in cross-team dependency management as well as in removing impediments to improve delivery capability and transparency in agile development units
• Experience in optimizing Jira structures for scaled agile working
