Scrum Master Coach

Project overview

For an exciting customer project in the public sector, we are looking for a Scrum Master Coach for the period from 06.11.2026 to 31.05.2027.

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement of agile ways of working within the entire project team
• Empowering teams to independently adhere to Scrum rules, values, principles, and kV
• Monitors and controls external influencing factors on the Scrum teams
• Resolution of acute/current problems or removal of obstacles
• Moderation of Scrum meetings
• If necessary, taking on Scrum Master tasks at a cross-team level
• Support in structuring, maintaining, and quality assurance of the backlog, as well as in formulating and delimiting features and user stories
• Conveying relevant Scrum knowledge to participants, including stakeholders if applicable
• Ensuring cross-team transparency on progress, dependencies, risks, obstacles, and decisions

• At least 3 years of Scrum experience as a Scrum Master and in the SAFe framework (necessary)
• In-depth knowledge of working with teams in scaled Scrum situations (multiple agile teams) (necessary)
• In-depth knowledge of project management software such as Confluence and Jira (necessary)
