Infrastructure Architect

Project overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect for a 6-month renewable mission in Paris.

As a Technical Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of technical infrastructures for projects.

• Develop technical architectures based on functional and application architecture documents.
• Define infrastructure solutions that meet project needs, ensuring consistency with DTNUM standards.
• Conduct technical impact studies and verify the compatibility of new solutions with the existing architecture.
• Ensure the sizing and costing of recommended solutions.
• Participate in strategic infrastructure evolution choices.
• Write Technical Architecture Documents (DAT).
• Produce hosting documents and technical installation documents.
• Write study reports and technical specifications.
• Participate in architecture committees and technical validation bodies.
• Contribute to updating the service catalog.
• Define and specify the infrastructures required for projects:
• Physical and virtual servers
• Storage and backup
• LAN / WAN networks
• TCP/IP protocols
• Information System Security (SSI)
• Middleware and technical platforms
• VMware and KVM virtualization
• OpenStack
• OpenShift
• Private cloud and shared infrastructures
• Support project teams during hosting and deployment phases.
• Ensure the follow-up of the implementation of selected solutions.
• Participate in or lead technical workshops.
• Conduct feasibility studies and Proofs of Concept (POC) on innovative technologies.
• Participate in transformation projects for shared infrastructures.
• Contribute to server consolidation projects, storage, backup, and archiving solutions.
• Maintain active technological watch.
• Participate in the evolution of the ministry's standards, norms, and technical orientations.
• Contribute to the preparation of investment budgets related to infrastructures.
