Context:
As part of strengthening its IT organization, our client is looking for an Infrastructure Manager with a dual managerial and technical dimension.
Missions:
Lead and coordinate infrastructure teams
Supervise RUN activities and evolution projects
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of infrastructures
Manage major incidents and complex technical topics
Support teams in technical choices and architecture evolutions
Coordinate service providers and external partners
Monitor service commitments, KPIs, and improvement plans.
Technical Environment:
Good command of infrastructure environments, particularly:
Servers / systems
Virtualization
Storage
LAN Networks
Workstations
Infrastructures and associated services.
Profile:
Proven experience in managing infrastructure teams
Solid technical infrastructure background
Ability to simultaneously manage operational topics and projects
Leadership, autonomy, and sense of priorities
Ability to challenge technical teams while maintaining a global vision.
