• Project Planning
• Define clear and measurable objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop a detailed schedule including phases, milestones, and delivery deadlines
• Identify and allocate necessary human and technical resources
• Needs Analysis
• Collect and document requirements in collaboration with publishers (BPCE-SI)
• Study the technical feasibility of proposed projects
• Team Coordination
• Supervise and motivate production teams and necessary cross-functional teams
• Ensure effective communication between the various stakeholders
• Go-Live
• Plan and supervise the deployment of new applications or updates in production
• Control the quality of deliverables before going live
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans

• Write regular reports on progress, obstacles, and results
• Keep the technical and functional documentation of the systems up to date

• Assist project managers in structuring and steering
• Facilitate project committees, follow-up meetings, or portfolio reviews
• Facilitate communication between project teams and governance
