Infrastructure specialist
6-12 months
This is a tender under the DALAS Lot 3 framework, where IBM is an existing supplier. The deal covers the Borders & Trade element of the ITT, providing environment management, I&T development and maintenance, and Java feature development and testing capabilities. The team will work alongside the existing CDS programme to deliver nationally critical infrastructure.

- UK Citizen with 5 years UK residency, currently in the UK
- Strong DevOps knowledge across: Source control (eg, Git, Bitbucket, VSTS)
- Continuous Integration (eg, Jenkins)
- Practical experience with infrastructure automation and deployment automation/orchestration
- Familiarity with container concepts and orchestration (eg, Kubernetes)
- Experience working with cloud environments (eg, AWS)
- Hands-on use of infrastructure automation tools, including Ansible scripting
- Network awareness and an understanding of testing practices
Project details
remote within UK, may be required travel to London, Manchester, Leicester, Hursley, Glasgow or Edinburgh
510 per day inside IR35 - umbrella only
Active or eligible SC candidates required
