You will directly shape the future of Schleswig-Holstein in the field of innovative supply technology. You will plan construction projects with a focus on the military sector as well as civil federal construction, which we primarily carry out for the Federal Ministry of Defence.

• Execution of construction projects and building maintenance measures from preliminary planning to object supervision
• Planning of technical systems with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary, and/or room air conditioning technology for new, converted, and extended buildings (e.g., accommodation buildings, port facilities, vehicle halls)
• Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings
• Creation of service specifications including subsequent examination of offers
• Control and review of services provided by freelancers during execution up to acceptance
• Participation in the creation of energy and infrastructure concepts
• Completed studies in the field of building services engineering; Technical Equipment; Mechanical Engineering with a focus on building or thermal technology; Environmentally friendly building technology; Energy technology or a comparable field of study
• Alternatively: state-certified technician (m/f/d) in the mentioned field or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology with relevant experience in planning building services systems
• Holistic understanding of technically complex contexts, especially regarding heating, cooling, ventilation, and/or sanitary technology (HVAC)
• Ideally, knowledge of HVAC planning according to HOAI
• Good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Driving license class 3 and willingness to undertake business trips within Schleswig-Holstein
• Successful completion of the security check according to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the probationary period
• Work location selectable: Flensburg, Kiel, Itzehoe, Eutin, or Lübeck, as well as mobile working
• Remuneration according to collective agreement TV-L up to E 12, for technicians (m/f/d) remuneration is in E 9b
