Test Engineer / Technician Motorcycle Development

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced test engineer or technician for motorcycle development at our Munich location. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire test engineering - from conception and design to practical implementation.

Your tasks include the creation of prototype parts, special tools, and test setups, as well as the support of engine and vehicle modifications. You will analyze measurement data from engine and vehicle endurance tests, inspect and document components, and plan and supervise measurement technology on test benches, vehicles, and test setups.

For this position, you should have a completed technical degree, further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification - ideally in mechanical engineering. Practical experience in testing or development, prototype construction, vehicle technology, motorsport, or precision mechanics is required.

Manual dexterity and practical experience in metalworking, especially in turning and milling, are essential. You are characterized by a strong technical understanding, a hands-on mentality, and an independent and structured way of working. CAD knowledge is desirable. Good German language skills in speaking and writing are required.
