Requirements Profile

• Theoretical and vocational practical teaching of qualification content for the job profiles of bicycle mechanic and two-wheeler mechatronics (m/f/d) in compliance with the curriculum and considering current examination requirements
• Conducting, evaluating, and documenting work trials in the commercial-technical vocational field
• Promoting individual strengths, taking into account labor market developments
• Participation in the vocational rehabilitation process within a multidisciplinary team

• Completed vocational training in the field of two-wheeler mechanics or bicycle technology (or a comparable qualification) combined with pedagogical qualification
• Sound knowledge of electrical engineering as well as solid expertise in the areas of metal and wood processing
• Work-pedagogical competencies and/or demonstrable experience in adult education
• Strong empathy and appreciation in dealing with people with disabilities
• Confident use of PC technology and common MS Office applications
• High degree of independence, commitment, assertiveness, and strong team and motivation skills
