Job description
Seeking an Integration Manager to guide line management in implementing organizational priorities, support quality frameworks, and manage risks within complex public sector organizations.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding line management in translating organization-wide priorities into concrete improvement actions and monitoring their progress
- Supporting organizational units in applying and anchoring key requirements and quality frameworks
- Training and guiding ambassadors in translating organization-wide frameworks into their own practice
- Identifying risks and bottlenecks during implementation and reporting on them to the Board, KRC, and senior management
- Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration between organizational units
- Gathering signals within the organization and translating them into proposals for improving the program
- Aligning with the program director and other integration managers on coherence and progress
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience with change, implementation, or advisory projects within complex (semi-)governmental organizations
- Demonstrable experience in projects focused on risk management or quality management
- Experience in creating support and influencing without formal hierarchical authority
- Academic work and thinking level
- Strong analytical ability to quickly understand and communicate complex matters
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented work attitude
