Interim Accountant SAP S/4 Hana

Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Support the Head of Accounting in daily operations and technical questions for the finance organization
• Participate in the accounting of several European companies with operational involvement in daily business
• Take on a practical role in financial accounting, including bookings as needed
• Act as Key User for accounting processes in SAP S/4HANA and coordinate closely with local Finance teams
• Participate in the further development and harmonization of accounting processes within the group-wide SAP S/4HANA landscape
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in accordance with local regulations and group standards
• Act as a contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and tax auditors
• Identify and implement optimization measures in the accounting area
• Participate in finance and ERP-related projects
• Sound knowledge of international accounting and financial statement preparation
• Very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge, ideally as a Key User or from ERP transformation projects
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness for strategic and operational tasks
• Experience in process optimization and standardization of accounting workflows
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels
• Fluent German and English language skills
