Interim Advisor Public Order, Care and Safety

The assignment focuses on structuring and implementing policy related to care and safety within a municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Mapping and prioritizing policy issues in the field of care and safety
• Drawing up an action plan with concrete actions, planning, and priorities
• Executing the drawn-up action plan
• Improving the coherence between policy, execution, and internal and regional cooperation
• Assessing OOV (Public Order and Safety) case studies and advising on appropriate measures
• Coordinating with internal and external partners and determining next steps
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and advising on policy within the domain of care and safety
• Experience with handling and coordinating complex OOV case studies
• Experience with coordinating and collaborating between different clusters within the municipality and external partners in the chain
• Experience with independently drawing up an action plan, including prioritization and planning
• HBO or WO work and thinking level
