Interim Asset Manager

Project overview

For our client in Munich, we are looking for an Interim Asset Manager.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and operational management of existing properties
• Management of external service providers, especially property managers, brokers, and specialist planners
• Tenant management as well as negotiation and conclusion of rental agreements
• Creation and monitoring of property budgets, business plans, and reports
• Development and management of leasing, marketing, and portfolio strategies
• Planning and support of modernization, maintenance, and revitalization measures
• Participation in property acquisitions and integration into portfolio management
• Management and support of property sales, including contract negotiations and post-closing
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and service provider performance

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, or Geography
• Additional qualification in the real estate sector, e.g., MBA or Real Estate Economist
• Sound professional experience in real estate asset management
• Experience in commercial property management as well as in leasing and contract negotiations
• Knowledge in managing service providers as well as in planning and monitoring construction and modernization measures
• Experience with property acquisitions and sales as well as due diligence processes
• Fluent German and English language skills
