Interim Auditor

Project overview

The assignment focuses on ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding information security, data protection, and financial control.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Developing and implementing policies and frameworks for privacy, security, and finance within the ISMS
• Performing DPIAs and risk analyses
• Guiding audits and certification processes such as ISO 27001 and BIO
• Designing and implementing privacy and control policies together with the team
• Setting up and maintaining processing registers
• Fulfilling the internal audit function (third line)
• Developing and maintaining a multi-year audit plan
• Performing internal audits and guiding external certification audits
• Advising program management on privacy, IT security, and financial issues
• Maintaining and further developing the cost model for private cloud services
• Improving reports and controls through automation
• Completed WO education, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
• Certified as an IT auditor, preferably CISA or RE
• Certified as a Data Protection Officer, preferably CDPO or CIPP/E
• Minimum 10 years of experience with IT security and data protection, at least 5 years of which in government
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in business control, at least 5 years of which in government
• Recent experience within the IT components of the police organization
• Experience as an internal auditor (third line)
• Experience with guiding audits in the context of ISO 27001
• Demonstrable knowledge of private cloud infrastructure and cloud-native environments such as Tanzu
• Willingness to work within a classified environment
