• Responsible management and coordination of all construction site logistics
• Creation, implementation, and continuous optimization of logistics concepts
• Planning and control of deliveries and material flows on the construction site
• Coordination of access routes, crane usage, loading zones, and storage areas
• Coordination with construction management, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Management of disposal, transport, and storage processes
• Organization and supervision of construction site setup
• Ensuring smooth construction progress in limited space conditions
• Coordination of lifting equipment, cranes, and construction site traffic
• Monitoring compliance with safety and logistics regulations
• Several years of experience in construction site logistics on larger structural engineering projects
• Experience in inner-city construction projects and in construction within existing buildings
• Knowledge in residential construction, commercial construction, or mixed-use projects is an advantage
• Experience in coordinating multiple subcontractors and suppliers simultaneously
• Understanding of construction processes and interfaces between structural work, building services, and finishing
• Confident handling of schedule and logistics planning
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High problem-solving competence and hands-on mentality
• Structured and independent way of working
