Remuneration Package

• Work on one of the largest data center projects in the Rhine-Main region.
• Take on a key role in Contract & Claim Management
• You will review, evaluate, and document change orders within the scope of a major construction project.
• You will take over contract and claim management towards the general contractor.
• You will coordinate the processing of change orders with all relevant project participants.
• You will develop comprehensible decision-making bases and documentation.
• You will support revision management and ensure revision-proof processes.
• You will analyze contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual regulations.
• You will work in German and English within the project team.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in contract or change order management for construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of contract & claim management.
• Very good knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen).
• Experience on major projects, ideally in the data center environment.
• High technical understanding of complex construction projects.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Structured, analytical, and documentation-strong way of working.
• Long-term interim mandate with a duration of 12 months.
• Activity on one of the largest data center projects in Germany.
• Key role within a highly professional project environment.
• Flexible combination of on-site presence in the Rhine-Main region and remote work.
