As an Interim Change Manager in a large data center construction project, you will be responsible for managing change orders and claims.
Project overview
As part of a major construction project in the data center sector, you will take over change order management.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Review, evaluate, and document change orders in the major construction project
- Conduct contract and claim management with the general contractor
- Coordinate the processing of change orders with all project stakeholders
- Develop comprehensible decision-making bases and documentation
- Support revision management to ensure audit-proof processes
- Analyze contract documents and monitor compliance with contractual regulations
- Work within the project team in German and English
- At least 15 years of professional experience in contract or change order management for construction projects
- Sound knowledge in the field of contract & claim management
- Profound knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen
- German Construction Contract Procedures)
- Experience in major projects, ideally in the data center sector
- Strong technical understanding of complex construction projects
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Structured, analytical approach with strong documentation skills
